Division of Human Resource Management

- Coordinate recruitment, appointments, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee performance appraisals, payroll records, and staff leave management.
- Implement HR policies, training, and professional development programs.
- Ensure compliance with Public Service Management Act and DPM standards.
Division of Policy , Planning & Monitoring

- Prepare and monitor annual and medium-term development plans.
- Coordinate divisional plans and ensure alignment with national priorities.
- Develop performance indicators and reporting templates for all sectors.
- Support strategic planning, policy research, and monitoring & evaluation.
Division of Information & Communication Technology (ICT)

Core Functions
- Develop and implement ICT strategies and ensure DICT compliance under the Digital Government Act 2022.
- Manage email systems, GovCloud integration, and provincial network infrastructure.
- Provide ICT support, maintenance, and cybersecurity to all divisions.
- Promote digital transformation and capacity building in ICT literacy.
Division of Finance, Budget & Assets

- Coordinate preparation of annual and supplementary budgets.
- Monitor spending against budget ceilings and prepare expenditure reviews.
- Provide budget performance reports and variance analysis.
- Ensure financial discipline and compliance with national fiscal policies.
Division of Revenue & Taxation

- Collect and manage provincial revenue from taxes, fees, and business licenses.
